All orders are shipped with Chronopost, Yamato or Japan post or DHL Express or Colissimo. We have several options available which may vary according to your desired destination country. Shipping cost is calculated at the checkout and is based on the final weight of your entire order.

Please note that DHL Express is unavailable for orders destined for mainland China, and we use Colissimo postal service only.

Orders placed before 18:00 (GMT) Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 18:00 (GMT) will be shipped the following working day, and orders placed on Friday after 18.00 (GMT) will be shipped the following Monday.

Despatched on same day if placed before 18:00, delivery times are dependant on country and courier (Shipped via Chronopost, DHL Express or Colissimo.) 

Tracking & Delivery Time

You will receive a shipment email with your assigned tracking number the same day your order is shipped.

Please note that you are responsible for all import duties and taxes arising on the supply of our services outside the Netherlands/EU, and we will make no calculations or estimations in this regard.
